The sauna not only makes you feel good, it also has a positive effect on your body from a medical point of view. Regular visits to the sauna make for healthy skin, strong immune system, exercising of heart and circulation and gentle purification of the body. The warmth in the sauna loosens muscle tension and ensures sufficient perfusion. Our wellness hotel by Lake Constance provides several different zones with varying temperatures:
- Finnish sauna (90° C, low air humidity)
- Tepidarium (58° C, medium air humidity)
- Steam bath (40° C, high air humidity)
Foot baths, ice fountains and adventure showers as well as the balcony in our relaxation room ensure the perfect cooling down afterwards. Please remember to replenish your water balance after you have finished using the sauna. Our tea bar is at your free disposal for this purpose.

The sauna is good for you. It makes you healthy and relaxed. We have various saunas in our hotel on Lake Constance.
Finnish sauna: Very hot (90 degrees Celsius).
Tepidarium: Warm (58 degrees Celsius).
Steam bath: Warm and humid (40 degrees Celsius).
After the sauna, you can cool off. There are foot baths, an ice fountain, and showers. You can also sit on the balcony.
Drink plenty of water after the sauna. There’s tea available.
The sauna is good before a massage or cosmetic treatment. You can book both together.
