Accurate play is required here, as some of the fairways are embedded in forest.

The Golf Club Steißlingen e.V. is influenced by its Scottish role models. The elaborately modeled obstacles on the varied fairways are particularly interesting. The sand bunkers were designed by Scottish architects. Just a 30-minute drive from the island of Reichenau, you will find the longest bunker in Germany, 70 m long.

The Steißlingen Golf Club is different from other golf courses. It’s similar to the one in Scotland. The golf courses there aren’t boring, but offer many different paths to the hole. The hazards are unique; they were designed that way. The sand holes, called bunkers, were built by a specialist from Scotland. It’s only a 30-minute drive from the Ganter Hotel and Restaurant Mohren. It’s not far from the island of Reichenau. There’s a very long sand bunker there. It’s 70 meters long and the longest in all of Germany. Langenstein Castle - The Country Club
The 18-hole golf course is beautifully integrated into the natural surroundings. At the center of the golf course stands a large castle, Langenstein Castle. Langenstein also has a smaller 9-hole golf course. Anyone can play there, even if they’re not a member of a golf club. The golf school there offers many courses.
